Verify that your data is displaying correctly

BTI uses a set of default configurations to map the data from your documents to the UI.

Procedure

  1. On the Search page, request orders or shipments for a date range after your data is activated in BTI.

    For example, to check that your purchase orders are displaying correctly, search “show me orders from 2020-07-01”.

  2. Select a search result and look through the milestone summary and milestone line item panel for any inconsistencies.
    In the Order summary panel:
    • Is the order number correct?
    • Is the line count correct?
    On the Order line detail panel:
    • Is the correct order number displayed?
    • Are the line item numbers correct?
    • Are the UPC# and Part# correct?
    • Is the description correct on each line?
    • Is the quantity ordered correct on each line?
    • Is the correct unit of measure displayed on each line?
    • Is the unit price correct on each line?
    • Are all the lines present?
