Close of day processing
Close of day processing on the Risk Management engine is driven by the Transaction Server. Configure the Transaction Server to send close of day messages to Risk. For more information about Transaction Server configuration, see Communicating with the Transaction Server.
When a close of day message is received, the Risk Management engine finds all batches (ICLs) and transactions for the business day that is being closed and does the defined close of day action. Each participant can define the close of day actions they want for monitors, batches (ICLs), and transactions. Use the originator attributes link on the partner details page to specify the close of day actions for the participant. If a participant does not have a specific close of day action, the default close of day action for Risk is used.
- Accept

- Reject

- No action

Note: The end of day check fails if the items were not reviewed.
