Permissions

Permissions for Services Framework are created when:

• Installing Services Framework
• Registering a new task

Generally, permissions are assigned to groups of users. Any permission(s) assigned to the group will be available to all the users in that group. A group must have permission to view a screen before users in that group can assign any other permissions related to that screen. Attempting to assign permissions to a screen without first having view permission results in the tab for the screen being removed from user interface or the screen displaying the error message "Page can not be displayed".
