If a transmission is not rejected it cannot be overridden. If a transmission is rejected and not overridable, it cannot be overridden. Check the error codes that are triggered and see which error code is configured to override = N.

If either of these condition matches then transmission is considered dead. You must adjust the error codes if you need to pass this file through the system.
