Problems with Inbound transmission Wrapper

Typical failures at this stage include :

Channel identification - this can be as a result of missing/invalid channel data or badly coded ESQL
Transmission Logging - normally related to database problems

Failures at this stage are typically backed out to MQ and retried. They may be placed on a failure Queue depending on Wrapper / MQ configuration
