Users page

The users page displays all of the users that have been defined. Authorized users use this page to create, view, or update users. They may also change the group membership for users.

Columns

The users page has the columns shown in Table 1.

Column Name	Description
User Id	The user ID for the user
First Name	First name of the user.
Last Name	Last name of the user.
Groups	Number of groups that this user belongs to. It is a link to the group affiliation dialog box that displays the groups that this user is a member of. Authorized users may also use it to update the group membership for this user.
Locked	Indicates if this user ID is locked or not
Action control	The last column is used to display action icons for the specific user.

Actions

The actions available on this page are:

Create button, which looks like a plus sign inside of a circle, opens the create user dialog box to add a new user.
Refresh button, which looks like a circular arrow, re-displays the list of records to show any new records and the updates made to existing records.
Filter entry field. Typing text in this field automatically filters the records displayed in the table. The table displays only those records that match what has been typed in the filter field.
Lock icon, which looks like either an open or closed padlock, locks or unlocks the selected user. If the user is locked, this icon unlocks it. If the user is unlocked, this icon locks it. The icon is disabled if the user does not have permission to lock or unlock users.
Delete icon, which looks like a trash can, deletes the selected user. The icon is disabled if the user does not have permission to delete users.
Options - Configure table menu option displays a page to select which columns are shown or hidden in the column layout.
Options - Save table view menu option saves any changes made to the column layout.
Options - Restore table view menu option restores the page to its default column layout.
Options - Help menu option opens the help page.
