When the IBM MQ queue manager is configured for SSL connections, the security information must be provided in the configuration properties for the Payment Feature Services components or features.

For example, in the Transaction Server configuration file, use the mqCipherSuite, mqKeyStore, mqKeyStorePassword, and mqTrustStore properties to specify the SSL encryption algorithm to use and the location of the keystore and truststore files. Use the cipher suite name that corresponds to the cipher specifications name that is specified in the IBM MQ SSL configuration.

You also need to ensure that user IDs that need to access the IBM MQ queue manager and queues for Payment Feature Services have the appropriate authority.
