Backout queues

The MSIF transfer service uses a backout concept to handle application messages that cannot be processed for one of the following reasons:

• A request is to be sent, but does not specify a reply queue
• A primitive is to be received, but the primitive is corrupted or otherwise unreadable, or the message partner specified in the MQHA envelope is not configured in FTM SWIFT

Such a message is passed to the backout service, which creates an audit record and puts the message into one of the following error queues:

• If the OU of the message can be determined:

  instance.ou.DNF_ERROR

• If the OU of the message cannot be determined:

  instance.DNFSYSOU.DNF_ERROR_UNKNOWN
