Managing FTM SWIFT data

The security policies of your financial institution and legal regulations determine the way in which you implement backup and recovery procedures and other data management operations.

All data for one FTM SWIFT instance is stored in a central database. To find the information that you need, you might need to search several different tables of this database. For example, you can find some message information in the tables that comprise the message warehouse, but might need to look in the message audit log or user audit log to find more information about the message.

You find and retrieve information by issuing SQL commands, or by writing your own scripts and applications that access the information.
