vSphere plugin

IBM Storage Insights is now supported on IBM Storage Virtualize plugin for vSphere.

You can connect to IBM Storage Insights from IBM Storage Virtualize plugin by providing the following details:

Host Name
Tenant ID
API Key
API Key Alias

When it is configured, you can check the performance metrics such as total io rate, overall response time, and so on for the storage systems, data stores in the vSphere plugin dashboard. Also, it displays real-time ransomware alerts that are generated at IBM Storage Insights in vSphere GUI. Users can acknowledge the ransomware alert. This feature is available only for IBM Storage Insights Pro version.
