Creating security posture reports

You can create and download reports for tenant level security posture, system level security posture, and security posture policy.

Tenant level security posture report: It provides details such as, the number of storage systems being monitored, the storage systems that are excluded from monitoring, number of security posture policies that are created in the tenant, compliance summary, and failed parameters summary.
System level security posture report: It provides details of the compliance summary, failed parameters summary, and the security posture policy to which the system is assigned.
Security posture policy report: It provides details of all the custom and default security posture policies of the security dashboard. The report also includes the summary of the parameter details of each policy and the storage systems that are assigned to it.

You can download the reports in PDF, HTML, and CSV format.

Note: It is recommended to use Google Chrome for generating reports and Adobe Acrobat Reader for the best viewing experience of the reports.

Action	Procedure
Create tenant level security posture report	Navigate to Main menu > Security Posture. Click Create report. Enter the Name. (Optional) Enter the Description. Select the Format. Click Next. Select the storage systems that you want to include in the report. Click Download report.
Create system level security posture report	Navigate to Main menu > Security Posture. Select the storage system in the left pane of the security dashboard for which you want to create the report. Click Create report. Enter the Name. (Optional) Enter the Description. Select the Format. Click Download report.
Create security posture policy report	Navigate to Main menu > Administration > Security posture policies. Click Create report. Enter the Name. (Optional) Enter the Description. Select the Format. Click Download report.
