Modifying a configuration

You can modify a Rule Execution Server configuration from a specific editor which you open from the .esc configuration file.

Procedure

  1. In the Rule Explorer, expand the Rule Execution Server Configuration project.
  2. Either double-click the .esc file or right-click the .esc file and click Open With  > Rule Execution Server Configuration Editor from the contextual menu.
  3. On the Overview page of the Configuration Editor, modify the general configuration information, as appropriate.

Results

You can view the equivalent XML code by clicking the <servname > .esc tab.
