Issue: Cannot launch the RStudio IDE if a load balancer is used after upgrading from Cloud Pak for Data version 3.0.1 to version 3.5. This fix changes the routing rules when using a load balancer URL to access RStudio. After you have applied this fix, when you access RStudio in a Chrome browser, sign-in authentication still fails because the redirected URL is taken from the Chrome cache that is never cleared.
Resolution: Disable the browser cache in Developer Tools.
