Using the System Programmer's Toolkit

The OMEGAMON AI for z/OS System Programmer's Toolkit allows you to view the Operator Log, use the z/OS console commands, and use the SDSF commands from the e3270UI. You navigate to the System Programmer’s Toolkit from the LPAR selection Menu.

ALIAS commands offer a shortcut from any OMEGAMON AI for z/OS workspace to navigate directly to one of the following System Programmer’s Toolkit functions via the command line. Once you have entered the LPAR menu, the following ALIAS commands are available:

• LOG: Navigate to the SDSF OPERLOG workspace.
• CONS: Navigate to the Console workspace.
• SDSF: Navigate to the SDSF workspace.
