Troubleshooting the sensor
This topic describes common problems that occur with the Microsoft Cluster sensor and presents solutions for those problems.
WMI service crashes

- WMI service crashes on target during discovery.
- Solution
- Ensure that all WMI-related fixes, including fix KB933061, are
applied on the target system. If problems persist, use the following Microsoft utilities to troubleshoot
WMI problems:
- WMIDiag

Follow the instructions to install and run the utility, and verify that WMI is working correctly.
