Upgrading the Analytics subsystem from v2018 to v10
It is not possible to directly upgrade the analytics subsystem from v2018 to v10.0.5. New v10.0.5 analytics subsystems must be deployed to replace your v2018 analytics subsystems.
- If you want to preserve your v2018 analytics data, export it to a backup location as explained in Preparing the 2018 deployment for upgrade.
- Disassociate and delete your v2018 analytics subsystems before you upgrade your management subsystem, as explained in Preparing the 2018 deployment for upgrade.
After your management subsystem upgrade is complete, deploy your v10.0.5 analytics subsystems: Installing the Analytics subsystem.
Register your v10.0.5 analytics subsystems with your management subsystem: Register an analytics service.
