To override the status of a deployment job or to bypass
a job, use the Override Complete action provided
in the Jobs table in the View and submit deployment jobs step
of the deployment checklist.
About this task
When you invoke the Override Complete action
for one or more jobs, z/OSMF changes
the status of the selected jobs to Complete (Override) without
submitting the jobs. Thus, you may be bypassing one or more deployment
actions. Use this action only if you know
that the jobs are not needed in your environment or that the jobs
were run outside of z/OSMF. Otherwise,
do not override the jobs.
