(1) Either an attempt to allocate a (presumably) existing data set has failed; the data set name was not found in the catalog; or (2) an attempt to allocate a data set other than the load module output or listing output data sets has failed; the data set name is inconsistent with the existing catalog structure. Prompting for a new data set name is not possible.
