Explanation

For the item text could appear the following:
  • text = UNABLE TO ISSUE FAILURE MESSAGE TO TERMINAL
  • text = UNABLE TO ISSUE FAILURE MESSAGE FOR ID user_id
  • text = INCOMPLETE FAILURE MESSAGE ISSUED BECAUSE error_description
The input parameter list to IKJEFF19 contained one of the following errors:
  • Register 1 did not point to the address of the GFPARMS parameter list for IKJEFF19.
  • The GFCALLID field was outside the defined range (see IKJEFFGF mapping macro).
  • The GFCBPTR field was zero when GFCALLID indicated a VSAM or SSREQ ID.
  • The GFCPPLP field was zero when GFWTPSW was off (default of PUTLINE).

This message also appears if the message issuing routine IKJEFF02 returned a non-zero return code from PUTLINE.
