Explanation

DAIR return code is 12, dynamic allocation return code (DARC)=X'4714'.

USE DELETE COMMAND TO DELETE UNUSED DATA SETS

Explanation

The DELETE command can be used to scratch unnecessary data sets. If this does not alleviate the problem, installation action is required to make more direct access space available to TSO/E users.
