Downloading from z/OS

Create a temporary directory where you will be downloading the compressed files used to install the product.
Download the following members from the HLASM Toolkit target library as binary files:
```
'<HLQ>SASMPUT2(ASMWREAD)'
'<HLQ>SASMPUT2(ASMPUTW)'
```
where <HLQ> is the high level qualifier (HLQ) for the partitioned data set which holds the member in binary form.
Download member ASMWREAD as READ.ME and download member ASMPUTW as ASMPUTW.EXE.
