The action required here depends on the circumstance. If you want to re-install HLASM Toolkit Feature and you did not use the SMP/E ACCEPT command then use an SMP/E APPLY REDO command. However, if you did use the SMP/E ACCEPT command, then the product should be deleted before installing again. For more information refer to Removing HLASM Toolkit Feature.
