When the PROFILE is executed

The following sequence of events occurs when IDF is invoked:

Perform the first scan of the argument string. The objective during the first scan is to determine which profile should be executed. These options are processed during the first scan:
- AMODE24
- AMODE31
- AMODE64
- MODE (CMS only)
- NOPROFIL
- PROFILE
Execute the specified PROFILE.
Perform the second scan of the argument string. The objective during this scan is to set the specified override options. All options not listed above are processed during this scan.
If the user's profile did not issue a LOAD command, load symbols and module.
Initialize the screen manager.
