Opens or closes (toggles) the Old Registers window which contains a display of
the registers and PSW as they were the last time IDF had control.
If the CREGS command or the AREGS command was issued, the control registers or the access registers as of the last time IDF was in control are displayed. If the target has not executed any instructions the window is blank. Return codes
