Record n in xxxxxxx on volume: vvvvvv

Explanation

The data set xxxxxxxx which is located on volume serial vvvvvv, contains an error on record number n. The volume serial might not be available.

For an AINSERT instruction:

n
The number of the statement within the AINSERT internal buffer. This number might not reflect the statement's relative statement number within the buffer at the point of retrieval, but does reflect the relative retrieval number. This is because it is possible to insert records into the buffer after statements have been retrieved from the buffer.
xxxxxxxx
The constant AINSERT BUFFER to indicate that the statement resulted from an AINSERT instruction.
vvvvvv
is null.
