conflicts with an invocation or default option. The option is not
permitted in a *PROCESS statement and has been ignored.

System action
If installation option PESTOP is specified, the assembler stops.
If installation option NOPESTOP is specified, the assembly continues
using the invocation or default option.

Programmer response
Correct the *PROCESS OVERRIDE statement and resubmit the assembly.
