Explanation

A SETC term or expression used as an arithmetic term is not a valid self-defining term.

System action

The value of the SETC term or expression is set to zero.

Programmer response

Make the SETC a self-defining term, such as C'A', X'1EC', B'1101', or 27. The C, X, or B and the apostrophes must be part of the SETC value.
