Explanation
A severe error occurred because no Control or Interval setting was found. The values need to be indicated for these settings. The CICS SLA tables might be corrupted.

The SLA Batch Utility stops processing.
User response
Export any CICS SLA definitions that you want to use. Install the OMEGAMON for CICS Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Server application support to rebuild the tables and import the saved definitions back to the tables. If problems persist, contact IBM Software Support.
