Changing the status of a list of records
Change the status of a record to reflect its current state and control available actions in the application.
Procedure
- In the Work Order application, on the List tab of an application, filter the records so that less than 200 records are displayed.
- Scroll down the bottom of the screen and select the Select Records
check box. The screen refreshes and each row now has a check box.
- Select the check boxes for the work orders whose status you want to change.
- Click the Change Status action and enter the information in the dialog box.
- Click OK to close the Change Status window.
