Changing the status of a list of records

Change the status of a record to reflect its current state and control available actions in the application.

Procedure

  1. In the Work Order application, on the List tab of an application, filter the records so that less than 200 records are displayed.
  2. Scroll down the bottom of the screen and select the Select Records check box.
    The screen refreshes and each row now has a check box.
  3. Select the check boxes for the work orders whose status you want to change.
  4. Click the Change Status action and enter the information in the dialog box.
  5. Click OK to close the Change Status window.
