Loading and formatting DSR data

Use the HSM Reports add-in tab's Load Raw Data option to specify which downloaded DSR data set you want to use as input to an Excel workbook. You can also use this option to select the record sections whose data you want graphed.

Procedure

1. Select the Load Raw Data option from the HSM Reports add-in tab to create a new workbook and open a file selection window.
2. Use the file selection window to navigate to the directory into which you downloaded your DSR data and to select the appropriate data file.
3. Click OK to close the file selection window and display a list of available graphs.
4. Click Add Charts to format the raw data and open the Add Charts window.
5. Select the graph sets you want to generate. Close the window after you generate the charts that you want.
