Managing Email Notifications

Use the IBM® QRadar® on Cloud Self Serve app to manage the email contacts that IBM QRadar on Cloud sends communications to.


1. On the Self Serve page, click Email Distribution List.
2. Select the email notification type and enter the relevant email addresses. 

   Informational: Planned maintenance and activities.

   Critical: Unplanned maintenance and activities.
3. Click Submit to register the email type.
   Tip: You can update this information by using the add & remove functionality.
