Trace control XPI function
The XPI provides one trace control function. This is the DFHTRPTX call TRACE_PUT.
Restriction: DFHTRPTX calls cannot be used in any exit program invoked from any global
user exit point in the following:
- Dispatcher domain
- Dump domain
- Monitor domain
- Statistics domain
- Transient data program.
