AP domain trace points: new style

The AP domain trace points are grouped in tables according to their area. Each table lists the trace point ID, module, trace level, trace type, and data returned.

XPI trace put trace points

Trace point IDs in the range AP 0100 to AP 01FF are reserved for users of the XPI TRACE PUT function.
