Pre-upgrade to 10.2604.1

Ensure that you create newly added Kafka topics.

Procedure

Create following Kafka topics for Inventory and Promising.

Inventory: {topicPrefix}-{environment}-iv-recalc-expiry-trigger
Promising: {topicPrefix}-{environment}-prm-subscription-configurations
