Sterling Intelligent Promising Premium

Sterling Intelligent Promising Premium extends the capabilities of the Essentials and Standard tiers by adding predictive optimization that is powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).

The Premium tier includes all capabilities of promising, inventory, and deterministic optimization, and further enhances fulfillment decisions through prepurchase and post-purchase predictive optimization that continuously evaluates historical patterns and probabilistic outcomes to improve business performance.

In the SaaS offering of Sterling Intelligent Promising, the Premium features are available through the Sterling Intelligent Promising Premium package.

In the container offering, the Premium feature is provided as an add-on through the IBM® Sterling Intelligent Promising Hybrid container package. The Premium feature offers a hybrid architecture, where core functionalities run within containers while AI workloads run on IBM Cloud. Unlike deterministic optimization, which relies on static rules, predictive optimization incorporates historical data and behavioral patterns to optimize fulfillment decisions before and after order placement.
