If you are having trouble using Integrated Analytics System, follow these steps:
- Try the action again, carefully following the instructions for that task in the documentation.
- Go to the IBM® Support Portal at: http://www.ibm.com/support. Log in using your IBM ID and password. You can search the Support Portal for solutions. To submit a support request, click the Service Requests & PMRs tab.
- If you have an active service contract maintenance agreement with IBM, you can contact customer support teams by telephone.
