Reregister UDXs after Db2 updates

A new release of a Db2® product or service might contain base class changes that will not preserve registered UDXs. For that reason, it is good practice to recompile, re-link, and re-promote your object files and re-register the UDXs.

If you obtained your UDXs from a third-party, you must obtain updated packages that were recompiled using the new release.
