IDAX.PWILCOX - Cumulative Wilcoxon distribution

The PWILCOX function returns the probability that the value of a variable that follows the Wilcoxon distribution is less than or equal to Wmin.

If Wmin or NoItems are outside their validity interval, PWILCOX(Wmin, NoItems) returns null.

DOUBLE the cumulative probability distribution from minus infinity to point Wmin.
