Agents installed on RHEL 9.x platform do not restart automatically

Problem

This issue is applicable to all the agents that are installed on RHEL 9.x platform. If the VMs (TEMA servers) where the agents are installed are restarted, then the agents on such VMs do not start automatically.

Workaround

Start the agents manually.
