You can view the products in a customer's cart on the customer's profile. You can also
delete individual products or checkout to continue with order capture.
Procedure

Log in to Sterling Store Engagement and switch to the
Customer Service View by using the eye icon.

In the More Tasks portlet, click Look up Customer.
The Look up Customer portlet opens.

Identify the customer and navigate to the Customer Profile screen.

On the Customer Profile screen, click Mini Cart. A pop-over displays the
products in the customer's cart, which are from the latest draft order created for the customer in
the current store.
You can perform the following actions on the mini cart:
- Click Remove product to remove individual products from the cart.
- Click Check Out to proceed with order creation for the customer.
