Resolving alerts

You can view the open alerts assigned to the currently logged-in user.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Sterling Store Engagement.
  2. From the application menu bar, click the View Alerts icon.
    The count on the icon indicates the number of open alerts for the currently logged-in user. Alerts are categorized into two types: "Hot Picks" and "Nearing SLA". A separate panel is displayed for each alert type with the count of open alerts for each type.
  3. Click to expand a panel and view the alerts.
  4. Perform the action corresponding to each alert to resolve the alert.
    For example, when you expand the "Hot Pick" panel, each alert is displayed with a Pick button, the store associate can click the button to start the picking process and resolve the alert.
