Viewing appointments from customer profile

You can view a customer's open appointments from the Customer Profile screen.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Sterling Store Engagement and switch to the Customer Service View by using the eye icon.
  2. In the More Tasks portlet, click Look up Customer. The Look up Customer portlet opens.
  3. Identify the customer and navigate to the Customer Profile screen.
  4. Click Appointments in the bottom panel. The Appointments screen opens with the list of open appointments created for the customer.
  5. Select the required appointment and click View Details.
    The Appointment Summary screen opens.
