Undoing receive for product or package

You can undo the receiving process for a product or a package.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Sterling Store Engagement and switch to the Order Fulfillment View.
  2. In the More Tasks portlet, click Receive Shipments. The Receive Shipments portlet opens.
  3. Scan the Shipment Number, Package Number, Product ID or Order Number.
    If the scan results in a single shipment, the receiving screen opens. Otherwise, a list of shipments is displayed. You can select the appropriate shipment and click Receive. Alternatively, you can use the Advanced Search option to search for inbound shipments.
  4. On the receiving screen, undo receive for products or packages in the following manner:
    Products:
    1. Select the product for which you want to undo receive.
    2. Reduce the Received Quantity as required and click Update. The received quantity and on-screen information are refreshed appropriately
    Packages:
    1. Select the package for which you want to undo receive.
    2. Click Undo Receive. An appropriate message is displayed if the action is successful.
