A store associate can search the product catalog to identify the products that a customer
wants to purchase.
Procedure

Log in to Sterling Store Engagement. The Home screen opens.

Click the Search button on the menu bar. The search bar opens.

From the adjacent menu, click Product.

You can scan the barcode of the product to retrieve its details or enter the product ID or
keywords and click the Search button.
The
Find Products screen opens.
If the search results in multiple
products, click a product to view its details. If the search results in a single product, the
product details are displayed on the Find Products page.
