A store manager can use the manager dashboard to monitor the performance of a store using
Order Status charts and SLA charts.
About this task
You can use the manager dashboard to assess the performance of store. For example, a store
manager can see the number of orders that are in progress, completed, or yet to be started.
Similarly, the manager can view the number of orders that are overdue, due soon, and within SLA
threshold.
Procedure
-
Log in to Store Engagement as a manager. The
Home page opens.
-
Switch to the Manager Dashboard View by using the eye icon. The manager
dashboard opens.
The manager dashboard provides the following information:
- Top portlet:
- Total Orders: A total of "Pickup in Store" and "Ship from Store" orders being fulfilled by the
store for the day.
- Order Status: Count of orders in "Not Started", "In progress" and "Completed" statuses.
- SLA Priority: Based on SLA, a count of orders that are overdue, due shortly, and within
SLA.
- Pickup in Store portlet:
- Order Status chart: Total number of "Pickup in Store" orders and a count of orders in "Not
Started", "In progress" and "Completed" statuses.
- SLA Chart: Total number of "Pickup in Store" orders and a count of orders that are overdue, due
soon, and within SLA threshold.
- Ship from Store portlet:
- Order Status chart: Total number of "Ship from Store" orders and a count of orders in "Not
Started", "In progress" and "Completed" statuses.
- SLA Chart: Total number of "Ship from Store" orders and a count of orders that are overdue, due
soon, and within SLA threshold.
The following tasks are common to both "Pickup in Store" and "Ship from Store" portlets:
- By default, when you open the manager dashboard, the Order Status chart is displayed. Click
View by SLA Priority or View by Order Status to switch
between the SLA Priority and Order Status charts.
- The manager dashboard data is refreshed in the following ways:
- When you switch between the charts in a portlet, data is refreshed for that portlet only.
- The information for the charts is automatically updated in the preconfigured time-interval.
However, the data in the top portlet is not refreshed.
- When you navigate away from the charts to view orders and then return, the data for the entire
dashboard is refreshed.
- Click a legend icon or a region on the Order Status chart or SLA chart to view the orders being
fulfilled by the store.
Notes:
- The counts displayed in the portlets include both sales orders and transfer orders.
- Some stores may only handle "Pickup in Store" orders. In such scenarios, the SLA chart and Order
Status charts are displayed side by side on the desktop version of the application. However on the
mobile version of the application, the link to switch between the charts is displayed. The
top-portlet is hidden in such cases as it would be redundant with the main portlet.
