Change pickup store

Procedure

  1. Log in to Sterling Store Engagement and switch to Customer Service View by using the eye icon.
  2. Search for the order and go to the Order Summary screen.
  3. Click Edit. The Edit Order screen opens.
  4. Click the store address displayed against the appropriate orderline. The Pickup at Other Stores window opens.
  5. Choose an alternate store from one of the following tabs:
    • Nearby Stores: Use the Show me stores within slider to set the distance within which you want to search for stores. Select a store and click OK to save the changes. The current store can be selected, even if the product is out of stock. You can see the future availability and the customer can pick up the product on that date.
    • Search Stores: Search for stores from which the customer can choose a preferred store.
      1. Enter the country, state, city, and zip code to search for stores in a certain area and click the search icon.
      2. Select a store and click OK to save the changes.
    Note: You may be prompted for a confirmation to allow the modification, based on the status of the orderline and other administrative settings.
  6. Click Save. After the order is successfully saved, a message is displayed prompting you to continue to the payment screen. If there is a change in Order Total, appropriate action can be taken in the Capture Payment screen.
