When Store Inventory Management is not available, various capabilities are supported, such as switching stores, manager dashboard, managing orders, and more.

Switch stores

    Log in to a default store or the same store that you last logged in, and switch to a different store anytime after you log in.

    To monitor the performance of a store, the store managers can use the dashboard. They can use the Order Status and service level agreement (SLA) charts for buy online and pickup in store (BOPIS) and ship from store orders.

Customer service
  • Find products

    Search for any product in the catalog, check the availability for specific delivery methods and variants, and place the order as needed for your customer.

  • Quick check out

    Place an order for your customer by scanning the product, adding to the cart, selecting the appropriate delivery method, and capturing the payment.

  • Find orders.

    Search for a confirmed or draft order.

  • Edit orders

    You can search for an order and modify the order as needed.

  • Track orders

    Track orders from when the order is placed and until it is shipped, picked, or canceled.

  • Cancel orders

    Cancel a confirmed order, which is not yet shipped to the customer.

    Identify a customer and view the associated order history.

  • Appease customers
