Views and associated portlets
Sterling Store Engagement provides views and portlets that are associated with the views to perform various tasks.
The following views are available in Sterling Store Engagement:
- Order Fulfillment (
Order_Fulfillment) - Inventory Management (
Inv_Management) - Customer Service (
Customer_Service)
A view must be associated with at least one portlet and the store associate must have the appropriate resource permission for the portlet to be visible in the Sterling Store Engagement UI.
Apart from these default views, you can define new views and create corresponding portlets to suit your business needs. For more information about customizing views, see Creating a portlet.
