Manager Dashboard

The Manager dashboard provides insights into volume, status, and priority of orders through a consolidated and real-time view of order fulfillment in the store.

A store manager can use the dashboard to monitor the performance of a store by using the Order Status and SLA charts for both BOPIS (Buy Online, Pickup in Store) and ship from store orders. The store manager can view total number of orders, orders that correspond to each status and SLA priority, and orders that are fulfilled by the store for each status and SLA priority. Based on the information displayed in the dashboard, the store manager can take appropriate action.

The dashboard displays various widgets that depicts order information. For example, orders to be fulfilled by the store.
