Transferring inventory

You can use Sterling Store Engagement to transfer inventory to other locations and also transfer orders by products.

Note: Transfer order creation by location is not available for single-location stores.

The transfer inventory portlet does not support location scan if it is not configured. The IS_LOC_SCAN_MANDATORY property is used to configure whether location scanning is mandatory or not. If IS_LOC_SCAN_MANDATORY=Y, location scan is mandatory. If IS_LOC_SCAN_MANDATORY=N, location scan is optional and the location can be entered manually.
